We seek an E-commerce & Data Analytics Specialist capable of operating multiple marketplaces, ensuring data accuracy within Odoo, optimizing digital stores, and analyzing critical information to support business growth. Position Objective Manage and optimize the e-commerce and marketplace ecosystem, ensuring accurate data flow into Odoo, analyzing real and actionable data to boost sales, profitability, and operational efficiency across all digital channels. **Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, E-commerce, Data Engineering, Data Science, Systems, or related field. - 3 years of verifiable e-commerce experience. - Expert-level proficiency in Mercado Libre and Amazon. - Advanced Excel skills and dashboard management. - 1–2 years of experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads. - Operational use of Odoo. - Power BI proficiency. - Analytical and highly organized profile. Marketplace Management (Multi-Channel) Manage, optimize, and scale operations across: Mercado Libre, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Coppel, Liverpool, and other marketplaces. - Listing optimization (titles, bullets, images, SEO), price control, promotions and events, A+ Content, conversion monitoring, buybox, returns and metrics, daily inventory verification, ADS management. 2. Data Verification and Validation (Odoo) Validate data consistency among Odoo, marketplaces, and website; identify errors, duplicates, or incorrect transactions; ensure accuracy of sales, pricing, and stock levels. 3. Data Analysis and Dashboards - Sales, inventory, AOV, ROAS, CAC, margin, and turnover reports; weekly/monthly dashboards; data-driven opportunity identification. 4. Operational and Logistics Control Monitor shipping times and SLAs; reduce errors and returns; coordinate packaging and documentation. 5. Commercial Opportunity Identification Identify relevant campaigns per marketplace; analyze competition and trends; propose new SKUs or strategic adjustments. 6.
