We are seeking your talent and skills to fill the position of: ***"ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (SELF-SERVICE)".*** ***REQUIRED PROFILE:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Market Analysis, etc. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an assistant in administrative and commercial areas (invoicing, collections, logistics, and promotion tracking). * Intermediate Excel knowledge, invoicing, payment receipts, discounts. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Responsible and organized. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Support in invoicing areas. * Consignment inventory control, internal inventory management. * Sample shipping and form completion. * Presentations. * Market and competitive analysis. * Downloading sales data and generating statistics. * Sell-in and sell-out analysis. * Logistics delivery tracking. * Document filing and digitization. * Promotion supervision and incident follow-up. * Support in coordinating point-of-sale activations. * Review and download of store inventories. ***WE OFFER:*** * Salary: $11,000 to $12,000 gross monthly. * Weekly payment (Saturdays). * Statutory benefits. ***WORK SCHEDULE:*** * Monday to Friday, 09:00 am – 18:00 pm, with one-hour lunch break. * Saturdays, 9:00 am – 16:00 pm, with a half-hour lunch break. * Direct employment contract with the company. ***WORK LOCATION:*** Av.
