




Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant with experience in issuing and managing tax receipts, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and high accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of invoicing processes, cancellations, and credit notes. Main Responsibilities ● Issue and stamp invoices in accordance with current regulations. ● Verify tax data and validate information prior to invoicing. ● Manage and digitally archive tax receipts. ● Monitor cancellations, re-invoicing, and credit notes. ● Perform basic reconciliation between issued invoices and administrative records. Required Profile ● Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration. ● Minimum experience in electronic invoicing. ● Basic knowledge of tax regulations. ● Availability of time.
