




General Purpose of the Position: This healthcare professional focuses on prevention, first aid response, and emergency medical support, as well as promoting healthy habits in the workplace environment within department stores. Responsible for assisting in occupational medical case management, participating in first aid training for staff, and collaborating in the management of medical facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and company policies. Requirements: * Bachelor’s or technical degree in Nursing, along with corresponding professional license. * 1–2 years of experience in primary care medicine. * 1–2 years of experience in Occupational Health (preferred). * Certifications in first aid and emergency response (BLS/ACLS, preferred). Responsibilities: * Emergency response, dispensing medications from the first-aid kit, issuing medical leave slips, etc. Generate monthly statistics per store and department, including: total number of employees attended, record of medications dispensed, medical leave slips issued, health campaigns conducted, etc. Supervise and implement occupational health and emergency medical practices. * Assist in supervising and implementing occupational health and emergency medical practices. * Provide primary nursing care and occupational health counseling to employees and contractors. * Participate in occupational medical case management and support rehabilitation and return-to-work processes. * Collaborate closely with the Safety and Hygiene Department in emergency preparedness and response. * Support the Safety and Hygiene Department in conducting workplace health risk assessments. * Maintain medical equipment and supplies updated and in optimal condition. * Actively participate in developing and executing emergency plans. * Manage medical records and related documentation, including IMSS forms. * Manage employees’ medical files. Ensure proper handling of biohazardous waste generated on-site. Knowledge: * Familiarity with occupational health regulations (NOM-STPS, SSA, IMSS), customer service orientation, and teamwork. * Occupational nursing, first aid, and emergency care. * Ergonomics and occupational risk prevention. * Handling of IMSS forms. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
