Effective communication and structured thinking **Profile: UX Researcher** **Required**: * 1–2 years of experience in user research for digital products. * Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. * Experience in: * Participating in studies such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis. * Documenting and communicating findings and insights clearly, systematically, and actionably. * Using behavioral measurement tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, A/B tests, among others. * Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support analysis, synthesis of notes, pattern identification, report writing, or preparation of materials. * Skills: * Effective communication * Clear documentation * Structured thinking * Continuous learning * Empathy * Openness and curiosity * Observational ability **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of Service Design: journey mapping, pain point identification, blueprinting, or frontstage–backstage analysis.
