Job Summary: Develop user-centered digital experiences by analyzing requirements and creating wireframes, prototypes, and designs in Figma. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes 2. Analyze user research and usability tests 3. Maintain and evolve existing system designs **Objective** Join the team and develop user-centered digital experiences! Support requirement analysis and creation of wireframes, prototypes, and designs in Figma aligned with user stories and system improvements. **Daily Responsibilities** * Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for internal systems, transforming ideas into functional visual experiences. * Analyze and review user research and usability tests, identifying opportunities to improve user experience. * Maintain and evolve existing system designs, ensuring visual consistency and enhanced digital experience. * Use design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for interface creation, prototyping, and mockup development. * Create and manage components in Figma, contributing to the development and maintenance of the design system. **Required Degree(s)** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering * Related fields **Excel Proficiency Level** * Basic **English Proficiency Level** * Intermediate **Required Technical Skills:** * Figma — Intermediate * Adobe XD — Intermediate * Photoshop/Illustrator — Intermediate Job Type: Apprenticeship Salary: $9,999.00 — $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company phone Application Questions: * Share the link to your design portfolio (Figma, Behance, Dribbble, or similar) where we can review wireframes, prototypes, or interfaces you have created. * Which design tools have you used to create wireframes or prototypes? * Briefly tell us about a project where you designed a digital interface or experience.
