




Position Summary: Analyze, design, develop, implement, administer, and operate AFI Origination and Collections requirements, leading a development and business team. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we seek committed, honest collaborators eager to join our UNSTOPPABLE FORCE as TECHNICAL MANAGER POSITION OBJECTIVE Analyze, design, develop, implement, administer, monitor, and operate all requirements related to AFI contract origination and collections, as well as lead both development and business work teams. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Understand high-level business needs, translate them into functional designs regarding workflows and interactions, and propose solutions based on experience. * Maintain and continuously improve the group’s current tools, including landing pages, COA, paynearme, and USBank. * Empathize and be willing to act as negotiator with business areas. * Lead technical demos of Fintech projects for presentation to other divisions. * Skillfully manage project tracking tools, balance development budgets, prioritize functionalities and user stories from the backlog, and serve as team cell leader. * Communicate project status effectively. Suggest organizational changes to optimize resource utilization. Propose technical problem solutions based on experience. Provide support in escalating quality issues. Anticipate bottlenecks in the development cycle. Theoretical\-Technical Knowledge: * Technical management of mobile technology projects and/or programs. * Native cloud solutions: Google, Azure, AWS, or private clouds. * Strategic planning (building roadmaps, tradeoffs, decision-making methodologies). * In-depth knowledge and experience in functional design, UX (user experience), UI (user interface), and usability studies. * Extensive knowledge of Java, Python, C\#, Mongo, Postgres, and Agent-based models. * Strong analytical capability to transform information, data, and KPIs into front-end decisions that positively impact business metrics. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
