We are looking for a **Graphic Designer** responsible for **conceptualizing, developing, and executing visual solutions** for festivals, events, activations, and special projects—ensuring **aesthetic consistency, graphic quality, and alignment with creative and brand objectives**. This role requires **constant collaboration** with Production, Operations, Creative, and Direction teams, as well as the ability to **lead design projects**, propose innovative concepts, and guarantee correct application of the **visual identity** across all touchpoints. **Desired Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * **+3 years** of graphic design experience (events, agencies, branding, or creative projects). * Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Knowledge of **digital design and UI/UX**, and experience in web design. * Proficiency in **social media video editing and assembly tools**. * Creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. * A **strong portfolio demonstrating visual judgment and execution quality**. * Focus on logos.
