This role leads creative projects, proposes strategic solutions, and guarantees the visual quality of all deliverables. Key Responsibilities * Develop creative concepts aligned with brand and marketing strategy. * Design graphic materials for digital and print media. * Supervise and ensure visual quality across projects. * Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and production teams. * Lead creative projects from inception to completion. * Present design proposals to clients or internal teams. * Ensure compliance with brand guidelines. * Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Propose visual improvements for campaigns, products, or services. * Support and mentor junior designers or the creative team. Technical Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * 4–7 years of professional graphic design experience. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). * Knowledge of digital design, social media, and advertising materials. * Experience in branding and visual identity development. * Basic knowledge of UX/UI (desirable). * Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics (desirable). * Ability to prepare files for printing and production. * Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects.
