Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Designer with experience in interface design and a user-centered focus to identify user needs and create tangible solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Systemic approach and people-centered thinking **Requirements:** **Must not have ongoing or prior recruitment processes with BBVA—either directly or through agencies** **Must submit a portfolio; minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer** * Experience in interface design * Experience in user research * Experience using Design Systems, atomic design, and visual design principles * Knowledge of Design Thinking, User-Centered Design, Scrum, Agile * Updated CV and portfolio focused on digital products **Education:** * UX/UI studies — Certificate program, master’s degree, or bootcamp * Graphic design, industrial design, psychology, architecture, anthropology, etc. * Intermediate English (preferred) **Work Mode:** Hybrid, twice per week **General Responsibilities:** * Identify user and business objectives and needs * Analyze and identify risks and solutions through planning and foresight * Define appropriate methodologies, channels, and tools for each project * Design data-driven strategies aligned with business and user objectives * Apply abstract concepts in design decision-making * Generate tangible solutions and action plans * Possess systemic thinking and a people-centered design approach * Understand business model design principles, co-creation tools/techniques, and workshop facilitation Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 - $37,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Dental insurance Application Questions: * Have you previously undergone recruitment processes with BBVA—either directly or through agencies? * Most recent gross monthly salary * Are you able to travel occasionally to the corporate office in CDMX?
