Design, build, and optimize SmartPro’s end-to-end funnels and journeys: from landing pages and forms to email automations and post\-registration/post\-purchase communications. This role ensures that all company funnels (launches, evergreen, organic, academy, and internal activations) are stable, measurable, well-organized, and optimized for conversion and user experience. **Responsibilities:** **Funnel and Conversion (CRO) Management:** Building, optimizing, and maintaining the technical integrity of all funnel pages (registration, sales, checkout). Includes managing redirect rules across launch phases and improving speed and UX to maximize conversions. **Educational Platforms and Payment Systems Administration:** Full configuration on Hotmart/Kajabi (products, offers, bumps, access controls) and management of payment gateways (Stripe/Dlocal). Responsible for payment QA, incident resolution, and external student enrollment flows. **Email Marketing and CRM Strategy:** Design and execution of automations for launches, *evergreen* flows, and post-purchase engagement. Includes audience segmentation, list hygiene, deliverability monitoring (reputation/spam), and performance reporting. **End\-to\-End Integrations and QA:** Ensuring correct inter-platform communication via triggers and critical events (purchases, cancellations). Conducting comprehensive testing before each launch to guarantee seamless flow from registration through product delivery. **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience building funnels/pages (Webflow/WordPress/HTML/GoHighLevel or similar). * Basic technical tracking (GTM/GA4/pixel). * Experience with email marketing and automations (ActiveCampaign or similar). * Comfort with tech tools: forms, simple integrations, links, QA. * Logical and structured thinking (e.g., “if A happens, then B executes”). * High attention to detail + Quality Control discipline (checklists, testing, zero improvisation). * Ability to quickly learn new tools and follow established processes (SOPs). **Nice to have:** * Experience with educational platforms such as Hotmart, Kajabi, etc. * Experience with payment platforms such as Dlocal, PayPal, Oneinfinity, etc. * Experience with Make / Zapier / Webhooks. * Experience in digital launches / infoproducts. * Basic CRM knowledge (e.g., ActiveCampaign)
