Maintenance of brand visual identity and collaborative work Position Objective Develop and execute creative and strategic graphic assets aligned with the brand identity, supporting the company’s digital marketing, internal and external communication strategies. Main Responsibilities * Design of social media content (posts, reels, stories, ads). **Design of digital materials (web banners, email campaigns, commercial presentations).** Design of printed materials (flyers, posters, promotional materials). **Adaptation of campaigns to different formats and platforms.** Visual support for product launches, promotions, and activations. **Development and maintenance of brand visual identity.** Basic video editing (desirable). **Collaborative work with the marketing team.** Required Profile Education **Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.** Experience **1–2 years of experience in digital design (experience in marketing preferred).** Experience working with brands or commercial campaigns. Technical Skills **Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.** Knowledge of Figma (preferred). **Video editing knowledge (Premiere, CapCut or similar).** Understanding of social media trends. **Understanding of branding and visual communication.** Skills **Creativity and proactivity.** Organization and adherence to deadlines. **Attention to detail.** Ability to work toward objectives. **Strong communication and teamwork skills.** ⸻ Desirable Plus Factors **Experience in fintech, technology, or startup companies.** Knowledge of UX/UI design. **Motion graphics (After Effects).** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
