Interested in being part of our team? **Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.** **Workshop Manager and Technical Specialist (f/m/x) Hermosillo** Atlas Copco is looking for talent like you — a Workshop Manager and Technical Specialist (f/m/x) — organized and results-oriented, capable of ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. A key position for coordinating, planning and implementing maintenance activities. **Role** * Provide follow-up and update support for our customers’ maintenance programs. * Configuration and programming of equipment from our brand, torque-controlled tools, electric tools, pneumatic tools. * Record monthly planned vs. executed figures in Performance Indicators. * Ensure administrative management of technical staff and operational management. * Review inventory and/or order parts (as per the plant’s internal procedure). **Required experience:** 2 years in a similar position, personnel management and positive influence. **Academic background:** Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Administrator, Mechatronics Engineer or related degree. **Knowledge:** Office software proficiency. English – Intermediate level. Programming and PLC configuration. **Personal competencies:** Customer satisfaction focus and autonomous process management. Must demonstrate leadership and influence, fostering collaboration and continuous development through interaction with different departments.
