




Summary: This role serves as the technical backbone for experiential marketing, architecting digital journeys and bridging marketing with web development for exceptional event experiences. Collaborative and fast-paced environment enabling exceptional event experiences **Role:** This role is the **technical backbone** of our experiential marketing. You aren't just managing events; you are **architecting the digital journey.** We need a profile that bridges the gap between Marketing and Web Development, ensuring our platforms (Cvent, Goldcast, Bizzabo, and On24\) are technically sound, integrated, and customized. This position is ideal for a tech\-savvy, detail\-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast\-paced environment and is passionate about enabling exceptional event experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as a subject matter expert for event technology platforms supporting Experiential Marketing Specialists. * **Platform Architecture:** Lead the technical setup of Cvent environments, including CSS/HTML customizations for event websites and advanced registration logic. * **Webmastering:** Manage domain configurations, SSO (Single Sign\-On) implementation, and troubleshooting of front\-end display issues. * Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. * Support the full event lifecycle: from stakeholder alignment and platform configuration to attendee communications and post\-event analysis. * Manage multi\-channel event components including AV, webinars, mobile apps, and digital customer journeys. * Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals. * Execute simulive and on\-demand webinars, including pre\-recording, scheduling, and live moderation. * **Technical QA:** Execute rigorous UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and debugging for complex registration paths and mobile app deployments. * Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge transfer materials. * Analyze event performance and feedback to drive continuous improvement. **Requirements*** **Technical Stack:** Experience with **HTML/CSS** (highly preferred) for styling event pages and emails. * **Logic \& Data**: Strong understanding of conditional logic, data mapping, and relational databases. * **Certifications:** Cvent Event Strategy or Advanced Registration certification is a huge plus. * **Troubleshooting:** Ability to diagnose network, browser, or integration errors in real\-time during live broadcasts. * 2–3\+ years of experience in event management or a related field. * Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. * Strong problem\-solving skills and sound judgment in moderately complex scenarios. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels. * Proficiency in event platforms such as Cvent, Bizzabo, PGI, On24, and Goldcast. * Experience supporting both in\-person and virtual/hybrid event formats. **Nearshore Collaboration Requirements:** * Time Zone Alignment: Must be able to work partially overlapping hours with Pacific Time (PT). * Strong Written Communication: Ability to provide clear documentation and asynchronous updates. * Process Orientation: Maintain detailed SOPs to ensure continuity and scalability. **Benefits** * Major medical expenses insurance — at Findasense, we care about your well\-being * Meal benefits through grocery vouchers. * You can work from home, from a coworking space, from another Findasense office, or from anywhere in the world, in line with our Hybrid Way of Work policy. * Flexible working hours to support your work–life balance. * Internal mobility, so you can explore other positions within Findasense. * You’ll be able to participate in our volunteer program, with 40 working hours per year to collaborate with organizations that support community service or volunteer initiatives.
