Major Responsibilities * **Instructional Design \& Training Project Support** o Assist in the design and development of training materials and programs. o Support project management for training initiatives across multiple stakeholders. * **Audit \& Management of Training Materials** o Maintain and update training content to ensure accuracy and compliance. o Conduct regular audits of materials for quality and regulatory standards. * **Sandoz Branding Lead** o Ensure all training materials adhere to corporate branding guidelines. o Act as point of contact for branding\-related queries within the training function. * **ACTO \& LMS Support** o Provide technical support for ACTO and Learning Management System (LMS). o Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with vendors as needed. * **CIA Training \& Documentation** o Manage documentation and compliance requirements for CIA\-related training. o Track completion and maintain accurate records for audits. ### **Preferred Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, or related field * Proficiency in digital platforms (Veeva, SharePoint) * Strong understanding of LMS administration and e\-learning tools * 1–3 years in training, instructional design, or digital learning support * Familiarity with compliance and audit processes in a regulated environment * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Familiarity with various selling skill models * Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and branding guidelines is a plus Why Sandoz?
