Collaboration with design and product teams on user experience At Workana, we are seeking a **Semi-Senior Fullstack Developer** for one of our clients in LATAM. The project, focused on the fintech sector, involves developing APIs and applications using Node.js, PostgreSQL, React Native, and Next.js. We seek a strong technical profile with a product mindset and enthusiasm for building scalable solutions in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * **60% Back-end**: Develop and maintain APIs in Node.js. * **40% Front-end**: Develop web applications with Next.js and mobile applications with React Native. * Design and integrate databases in PostgreSQL. * Integrate KYC, banking, and cryptocurrency APIs. * Implement security measures and automation of financial processes. * Conduct testing, debugging, and code optimization. * Ensure adherence to best development practices and scalability. * Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure a strong user experience. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **4 years of experience** in fullstack development. * Proven experience with **Node.js, PostgreSQL, React Native, and Next.js**. * Knowledge of **RESTful APIs and WebSockets**. * Experience working with both **relational and non-relational databases**. * Preferred: Prior experience in **fintech, blockchain, or payment systems**. * Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams. * Proactivity in proposing technical improvements and optimizing processes. * Teamwork ability and alignment with business objectives. * Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to agile and evolving environments. * English proficiency is not required. **Contract Terms:** * Work mode: 100% remote. * Working hours: Full-time (8 hours/day). * Compensation: up to 2.000 USD per month. * Contract type: Service Agreement through Workana. * Duration: 12 months, with potential renewal based on strong performance. **Selection Process:** * Brief asynchronous video screening on Hireflix. * Brief call with a Workana Recruiter. * Technical and cultural interview with the client’s CTO.
