Currently, we are looking for a candidate to join the **Media** leadership team as a **Sr Media Sales Analyst**, based in Cancún, whose main objective will be to manage digital campaigns for the various Advertisers (hotels, airlines, theme parks, destinations / tourism boards) with whom we partner within Despegar Media Solutions. Implementation, optimization, and reporting of both organic and paid campaigns will be critical to achieving our clients’ KPIs. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and configure complex campaigns across Google Ad Manager, DV360, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Despegar’s proprietary platforms. * Execute advanced technical setups: programmatic audiences, pixel tracking, custom conversions, and attribution models. * Manage monthly budgets of $50K+ USD distributed across multiple touchpoints and geographies. * Monitor critical KPIs (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, LTV) with daily analysis and proactive adjustments. * Conduct systematic A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. * Develop automated dashboards for real-time tracking of +20 concurrent accounts. * Perform technical troubleshooting: tracking discrepancies, delivery issues, and viewability optimization. * Produce weekly/monthly executive reports with actionable insights for hotels, airlines, and tourist destinations. * Lead performance review meetings with advertisers, presenting data-driven strategic recommendations. * Proactively communicate alerts, scaling opportunities, and available inventory forecasts. * Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks by 30%. * Collaborate with Product teams on developing new advertising formats and self-service tools. * Identify and propose integrations with emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Amazon DSP, programmatic audio, etc.). ### **What We Value:** * Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * +2 years of experience in the digital ecosystem: roles in digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or ad operations. * +2 years of hands-on experience with trafficking platforms: Google Ad Manager (line item creation, creative trafficking, yield optimization), Google Ads (campaign setup, keyword management, audience targeting), DV360 (programmatic buying, audience targeting, creative management), Facebook Ads (campaign structure, pixel implementation, audience creation). * Basic-to-intermediate SQL skills for data extraction and custom reporting. * Experience in executive reporting and presentations; creation of automated dashboards and interactive visualizations. * English (advanced) – Preferred. * Portuguese will be considered a plus. * The ideal candidate must possess strong communication, analytical, and account management skills. * Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering on commitments while managing workflows in a dynamic, agile environment—consistently contributing to internal improvement initiatives alongside other team areas. ### **What Benefits Await You?** * 90 days of work-from-anywhere. * Annual performance bonus. * Comprehensive medical insurance (major and minor expenses). * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Hybrid work model (2 office days per week). * Exclusive discounts on Despegar products and many more.
