Our culture emphasizes work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package. **Mission:** Ensure implementation of the annual SHEQ program and compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards per the Epiroc Management System, applicable Mexican legislation, and customer requirements, promoting a preventive culture aimed at avoiding operational incidents. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement the annual SHEQ program and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and customer guidelines. * Identify and track legal and customer SHEQ requirements within the assigned contract. * Monitor SHEQ indicators, objectives, and reports for customers and management. * Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and definition of operational controls. * Coordinate and deliver SHEQ training per local legislation and operational needs. * Provide coaching to operational personnel on safety, health, environment, and quality topics. * Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident reporting on respective platforms. * Investigate incidents and accidents using root cause analysis methodologies. * Ensure compliance with STPS, SEMARNAT regulations, and applicable ISO standards. * Promote proper dissemination of safety data sheets and environmental compliance documentation across operations. **Profile Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering (Environmental, Industrial, Mining, Renewable Energy, Mining Administration, or related field). * Minimum desirable experience of **2 years in similar SHEQ supervision, industrial safety, environmental, or quality roles**, preferably in mining or heavy industry. * Knowledge of Mexican legislation regarding Safety, Health, and Environment (STPS / SEMARNAT). * Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. * Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Additional Assets** * Experience in underground mining. * Certifications in safety and hygiene or industrial safety supervision. * Certification as a trainer/facilitator for training delivery. * Operational leadership skills, effective communication, and fieldwork experience. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
