We are determined to bring a little bit of Sweden to Mexico. **Job Description** **Purpose of the job:** * Responsible to secure the service execution is done at the right time, with right quality and to the lowest possible cost. * Monitoring the daily operations of the vendors. * Perform manual tracking numbers on the vendor system to be able to process the services until the vendor is fully integrated into our system. * Support the stores and other business units to meet the client requirements related to the IKEA services offer. **Responsibilities of the job:** * Run daily reports for internal or external use. * Answer to client requests with a sense of urgency. * Oversee all field operations when needed. * Daily follow up with vendors of service orders (parcel, truck, assembly, returns, additional services, B2B, time slots) to ensure the fulfilment of the services. * Daily follow up on special orders and work closely with internal areas of B2B and planning hub to ensure the proper fulfilment of the services. * Optimise processes to ensure continuous improvements on the services. * Schedule monthly meetings with TSP to provide feedback. * Work closely with the IKEA store CR team, MCDC Outbound team and Customer Contact Centre to provide solutions and promote a work team environment focus on customer experience. **Qualifications** **Motivation:** * The IKEA values truly reflect personal values. * A desire to contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers by organizing the services in such a way that the right quality and/or quantity is delivered at the right time. * Must have initiative to solve problems and propose improvements on the everyday work. * Passion for logistics and working in a fast paced, constantly changing retail environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Knowledge:** * Advanced MS Excel software knowledge. * Good analytical and follow up skills. * Ability to understand, process and summarize large amounts of data in a simple way. * Relevant experience in transportation and Services sourcing and operations. * General knowledge of supply chains and logistics demands and processes. * Experience dealing with external business partners. * Previous involvement in warehousing a plus. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Know, understand, and integrate the eight IKEA Key Values in my interaction with the store and service office teams as well as other stakeholders. **Capabilities:** * Leading * Focus in costumer * Interacting and presenting * Analysing and interpreting * Negotiating * Improving **Additional Information** This position is based in Mexico City (Oceanía) and offers a rare opportunity to be part of the establishment of IKEA in a whole new market.
