**About the Role** We are looking for a **product\-minded developer** with strong experience in **Laravel, JavaScript, and AI integrations** to help us build, maintain, and stabilize web applications that rely heavily on third\-party APIs and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role goes beyond coding tasks. You will be expected to **own delivery**, work with **clear SLAs**, and collaborate closely with product, design, and content teams in a **Kanban\-driven environment**. **Key responsibilities** * Develop and maintain web applications using **Laravel (PHP)**, **JavaScript**, **and WordPress websites**. * Integrate and consume **third\-party APIs**, with a strong focus on **AI/LLM services**. * Design, test, and optimize **AI prompts (Prompt Engineering)** to maximize response quality and reliability. * Validate AI\-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and schema compliance. * Collaborate on **software architecture decisions** and **database optimization in a fast\-paced agile team environment**. * Participate actively in **product stabilization phases and go\-to\-market delivery** (bug fixing, refinements, cleanup). * Participate in refinement and ensure features meet the **Definition of Done** and acceptance criteria before closure. * Deliver clean, maintainable solutions without unnecessary over\-engineering. * Being able to communicate and explain to non\-technical stakeholders. * Keen time management and proactive participation in team rituals. * Implement safeguards and fallback logic to prevent incorrect or incomplete outputs from reaching users. **Key requirements** * **B2\+ English** level proficiency (written and verbal communication) * **\+5 years of experience** developing with **PHP and Laravel**. * **\+5 years of experience** working with **JavaScript**. * **\+2 year of AI real job experience.** * Hands\-on experience integrating **RESTful APIs**. * Practical experience working with **LLMs** (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and **advanced AI implementation experience**. * Solid understanding of backend logic, data handling, and performance considerations. * Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Strong affinity for sports and performance\-driven environments **Desired skills** * WordPress Web Development experience. * Front\-end experience with **Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS** for responsive UI. * Basic infrastructure knowledge: **Linux**, **Nginx/Apache**, deployments. **Core Requirements — Way of Working (Non\-Negotiable)** * Kanban \& process discipline * Async communication * Ownership \& accountability * Delivery \& stabilization mindset * Proactive collaboration * Dependencies and blocker identification * Reliability \& availability **Work Conditions** * Fully remote. * Part\-time \- 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday PST time zone, results\-driven, flexible schedule. * Long\-term collaboration. * Positive attitude. * High ownership, low micromanagement. * Results\-oriented environment with clear expectations. **Ready to build high\-impact, AI\-powered products with us?** Send your resume and portfolio.
