Works as a strategic partner with business leaders to design competitive employee experiences. Drives innovation and excellence in talent acquisition practices, team development, training, coaching managers in decision-making, etc. Additionally, consistently fosters a culture of trust, collaboration, and internal customer service. **What you’ll do:** * Advise business leaders on talent strategies and organizational plans. * Design and execute talent acquisition processes and employer branding initiatives. * Administer compensation and benefits programs. * Plan and coordinate organizational development and training initiatives. * Lead and coach HR teams to deliver operational and strategic outcomes. * Measure and improve key metrics (retention, time-to-hire, engagement). * Serve as a strategic business partner. **What you need:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree * Advanced English proficiency * 9 years of experience in Human Resources, in roles such as Generalist or HRBP * Prior work experience in technology companies * Experience in talent acquisition, selection, and employer branding * Experience in compensation administration * Experience in organizational development, training, and performance management * 9 years of experience managing teams and delivering internal customer service, with demonstrated communication, teamwork, and trust-building skills **Our Culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that moves the world.
