We care about technical excellence, strong execution, and the ability to design scalable systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Own major product and architectural decisions from day one * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high\-performance applications (frontend and backend) * Ship quickly, iterate based on real customer feedback, and continuously improve the product * Build systems with enterprise\-level reliability, security, and scalability * Collaborate directly with the founding team to define technical architecture and engineering best practices * Develop end\-to\-end features with high standards of quality and speed * Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes * Help prepare the engineering team to scale by mentoring future hires **Requirements** * 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience * Strong command of at least one full technology stack (**frontend \+ backend**) * Experience designing scalable solutions and applying engineering best practices * **Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express/Hono, React/Next.js, Tailwind/CSS** * Experience working with relational and/or non\-relational databases * Hands\-on experience deploying applications to the cloud (**AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar**) * Solid knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows * **Advanced English level** (C1\+) * Startup experience or background in high\-growth, software\-first environments * Strong builder mindset, critical thinking, and comfort operating in fast\-paced, ambiguous environments **What We Are Looking For** This role is not management\-focused. We are looking for someone highly technical, hands\-on, and capable of architecting and building production\-level systems from scratch.
