Engages in developing new incentive plan structures Job Description Job Summary Our Finance organization oversees financial support for all areas of the company, as well as ensures processes meet the needs of our business. We have an excellent team with members who have gained diversified experience during their tenure in the company. This position is primarily responsible for all aspects of the commission process for the company’s sales personnel in the Americas. In addition, this role will serve as the global resource to ensure standard practices are being followed across the company. Essential Functions* Execute monthly Commissions payments for Americas Sales region(s) + Enter or modify Commission rates into CRM system based on the incentive plan + Set up new sales personnel / teams into CRM system + Calculate commissions and bonus payments to sales personnel based on commission plans both in the CRM tool and in Excel spreadsheets where applicable * Track achievement of commission bonuses and accelerated rates * Accrue expected commissions for month\-end financial close * Perform monthly reconciliations of commission accounts * Respond to sales personnel queries regarding any aspect of quota attainment and/or commission payments * Participate in development of new Incentive plan structures each year * Assist with forecasting for commissions expense and explaining variances from plan * Perform cost analysis or modeling of alternative commission plan structures as needed Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – accuracy is critical * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Strong problem solver who can work through challenging and frustrating issues with a positive attitude * Strong system skills (especially Excel, Salesforce) required * High\-energy individual with ability to work in a fast\-paced, changing environment * Ability to work independently and take initiative * Ability to work cross\-functionally and cross\-regionally * Strong analytical skills Minimum Education and Work Experience Required* BS degree in accounting or business\-related field * 5\+ years of commissions experience * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). * Must be able to work on\-site in Guadalajara, Mexico (Ave. De Las Flores No. 34, Condominio Industrial Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz de las Flores, CP 45640, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco).
