The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurants and be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure exceptional customer service. * Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of approximately 14 staff members. * Conduct inventory and control supply management. * Prepare schedules and lead staff training. * Open and close the restaurant. * Resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
