Develop technical teams to achieve world-class performance ### **About the Role** **We are looking for a results\-driven Production** **Molding Coordinator** **to lead one of the most critical production areas in our plant. This role has the primary responsability to oversees the production of** **22 injection molding machines****, supervise and small** **mold maintenance department****, and the** **process engineering team****, ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, and readiness for new project launches.** **You will play a strategic role in meeting production targets, driving continuous improvement, and developing technical teams to achieve world\-class performance.** **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations in the production molding area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and motivation targets are met. * Lead mold maintenance planning and coordinate preventive/corrective actions. * Oversee process engineering activities, parameter optimization, and troubleshooting. * Coordinate new mold trials, validations, and production launches. * Manage and develop technical staff, providing training and performance feedback. * Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans to increase efficiency and reduce scrap. * Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and internal standards. **Requirements*** Experience in production lines at Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive manufacturing industry. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading injection molding operations. * Solid knowledge of mold maintenance, parameter adjustment, and process troubleshooting. * Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and problem\-solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, DOE). * Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards. * Experience with ERP systems (IQMS preferred). * Knowledge in Coretools and CQI23 * Desirable Master molder * Advanced English level. **What We Offer*** Strategic leadership position with high impact on plant performance. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Training and transition plan with current leadership. * Opportunities for career growth in a multinational environment.
