Role Overview We are looking for a Mid–Senior Laravel Developer who is ready to step into a lead role, owning product development end\-to\-end while collaborating closely with the CTO. As the Lead Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and iterating on core internal and customer\-facing systems at Super Organics. You will take ownership of full\-stack development across Laravel, MySQL, Vue.js, and AI\-enabled workflows. You will work directly with the CTO to: * Define requirements and scope features * Estimate delivery timelines * Develop iteratively in an agile, incremental cycle This is a highly autonomous role with strong product ownership and a clear growth path into a permanent lead position as the team scales.
