About the Role: Coordinate, manage, and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance activities in production areas, as well as generate and track internal and external purchase requisitions for spare parts, materials, and contracted services. Key Responsibilities:* Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, risk identification, and Near Miss reporting, safeguarding personnel integrity and maintaining order in work areas. * Be accountable for maintenance activity quality, analyzing inspection results, preparing reports, and complying with Quality and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. * Coordinate and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance, maintaining effective communication with Production and Procurement teams for tracking spare parts and materials. * Inspect working area conditions, detect and report equipment anomalies, and identify improvement opportunities for equipment and process performance. * Develop training plans for staff, contribute to improvement plans and strategies, and support analysis, training, or implementation of productivity standards per the Responsibility Matrix. Essential Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in similar roles within industrial or manufacturing environments. * Prior experience in operational roles related to maintenance and/or production. * Intermediate-level English language proficiency.
