If you envision yourself as part of a team helping the global economy grow through our worldwide network of customers and terminals, we’d love for you to apply to our open positions! **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Implement inventory and warehouse strategy aligned with the company’s mission and values. * Manage stakeholder relationships to address needs and communicate business decisions. * Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, parts issuance, inventory control, obsolescence management, intercompany purchases, fuel, and tools. * Optimize inventory levels, manage demand, and adjust reorder points to mitigate risks. * Escalate supply or planning constraints impacting daily operations. * Lead, develop, and train the team to strengthen capabilities and performance. * Ensure compliance with controls, processes, and governance in operational management. * Achieve operational objectives within established standards, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within global guidelines. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies to protect people and minimize operational risks. **What talent are we looking for?** * Education: Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar roles within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) industry. * Experience in inventory and warehouse management. * Language: Advanced English (mandatory).
