




Position Summary: Responsible for performing component and accessory replacement, cleaning, and maintenance; generating work orders; and documenting activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and cleaning of components and tools. 2. Generation of work orders for repairs. 3. Recording and tracking of cleaning and repair activities. * Replaces components or accessories such as screws, threads, and moving parts. * Performs general cleaning of all dies and their components, removing any residue. * Generates work orders for the Tool & Die department upon detection of damage or other issues previously discussed and approved by the product engineer. * Records in the cleaning log the die number, date, whether it was approved to continue operation, or whether a work order was created for repair. * Maintains gauges in an organized manner and delivers them to production or engineering upon request; inspects their condition upon delivery or receipt and notifies the appropriate personnel if damage is found. * Performs other tasks as required. * Complies with all EHS rules related to the workplace environment. * Cleans patterns when they become clogged with wax or when parts break. * Replaces patterns on machines. * Operates die stacker. 1. Education: High school diploma or technical degree preferred. * 2. Skills and Abilities: * Interpersonal skills (with coworkers, supervisors, and engineers). * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. * Ability to maintain sustained attention during critical steps of individual work requirements. * Ability to perform complex tasks requiring independent judgment.
