Take on exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you are.** **Position Mission:** Ensure the operation and safety of the natural gas distribution network under your responsibility. **Your Impact:** As **Network Manager**, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions: Develop, schedule, and coordinate the execution of the annual maintenance plan for the distribution network under your responsibility. Similarly, coordinate operational work during emergencies (major emergencies, grade 1 leaks, network damages, impact on industrial clients) of the distribution network. Ensuring that the indicators of the emergency response process are within the established parameters by coordinating the personnel under your supervision. Be part of the role of home guards in accordance with current policy. Manage, approve, and ensure the implementation of the annual training plan for the staff under your responsibility. Carry out the investment projects and the assigned annual budget. Generate the reports or official documents requested by the competent authorities Attend audits and visits from the relevant authorities to the facilities or infrastructure under your responsibility. Ensure that the technical documentation of new projects (Gas Commissions and/or Start\-Ups) complies with the corresponding policy for gas commissioning. Ensure that there are sufficient materials and tools for the operation and maintenance of the network. Closure of findings in audits and/or hierarchical security visits. Maintain a permanent relationship with authorities in the distribution area. Ensure that the current Formats of Procedures and Operation and Maintenance Instructions are correctly created and regulated accordingly. **Requirements:** To join our team as **Network Manager**, we are looking for: * **Education and Experience:** Civil, Industrial, Mechanical Engineer or related field with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. * **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of standards: NOM\-001\-SECRE\-2010, NOM\-002\-SECRE\-2010, NOM\-003\-ASEA\-2016, Leadership, Conflict resolution, Decision making, Safety\-focused, Customer service. * **Key Competencies:** Knowledge of applicable technical and regulatory standards (safety, quality, reliability), detection and management of network risks, planning of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, failure analysis and improvement plans, project management, execution of renovation and modernization projects. Supervision of contractors and suppliers. Management of operational teams, coordination of crews and supervisors. Performance evaluation and talent development, decision\-making under pressure. Acting quickly in contingencies, failures, and emergencies, Safety and Compliance competencies.
