GENERALIST Responsibilities * Responsibilities * Manage the full employee lifecycle for promotional and administrative staff in Consumer (field and headquarters), including recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding, ensuring all employees participate in the orientation program and required trainings. Follow up on 30-, 60-, and 90-day evaluations. Talent management and offboarding when staff departures occur. * Training and Development – Design, execute, administer, monitor, and evaluate the internal training plan for administrative and promotional staff in accordance with applicable legal and safety guidelines for the site, aligned with the available budget. Manage the talent process and performance evaluation, focusing on retention and career development plans. * Ensure employee personnel information is up-to-date and properly maintained in HR and benefits administration platforms, and take responsibility for internal and external HR and DDP audits. * Manage internal communications (newsletters, birthdays, events). Implement wellness, culture, and organizational climate programs. * Provide direct support to administrative staff and promoters at the site regarding labor relations and HR administration (document management, conflict resolution, organizational climate, attendance controls, and regulatory compliance). * Additional Responsibilities * Monitor turnover and performance indicators. * Support disciplinary processes. Qualifications * Professional Experience * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree focused on administrative or human resources topics. * Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources as a generalist. * Experience with platforms such as WORKDAY and experience in training and payroll. * Fluent conversational English.
