Req ID: 76971 **Description** --------------- TEMPORARY POSITION Responsible for maintaining production equipment operation and continuously monitoring failures that may jeopardize production continuity; developing improvement projects; as well as possessing leadership capability to supervise an area and coordinate personnel assigned to it. **Responsibilities** --------------------- Prepare and submit daily reports on relevant activities. Conduct shift handover by informing pending tasks to be completed. Coordinate primary priorities with the manufacturing team. Analyze recurring major failures and propose improvements to eliminate them. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance. Analyze equipment failures for repair. Ensure work is performed according to established procedures and parameters. **Required Experience and Skills** ---------------------------------------- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, etc. Languages: Basic technical English. **Desired Experience and Skills** -------------------------------------- Proficiency in computer equipment for report generation. Ability to detect technical failures in equipment. Knowledge of root cause analysis. Ability to handle mechanical tools. Advanced knowledge of electrical circuits.
