Descripción del trabajo: * Manage account relationships. * Create and manage daily customer orders. * Negotiate equipment substitutions and pricing. * Complete order entry, order maintenance, and management of order delivery process. * Trouble shoot and manage post\-delivery issues, such as returns or damaged upon arrival. * Facilitate warranty or technical support issues and concerns. * Prioritize projects and communicates pricing updates, co\-coordinating these responsibilities and objectives with Manufacturer Rep Managers. * Updating CRM to reflect quote status and coordination with 3rd party vendors for order processing and delivery. * Manage the order credit approval process by facilitating credit documents between customer and credit team to avoid delays and past due orders. * Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately, reducing manual overrides and allowances. * Coordinate and manage orders within guidelines for residential districts. Requisitos: * Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * 5 years related experience. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills. * Ability to learn and understand technical terminology. * Ability to organize multiple projects. * Detailed knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. * Knows MS Office and a variety of other applications. * Leadership ability. * Adaptability.
