Collaborate to implement, monitor, update, review and audit the Company HSE Systems in line with Legislation **Key responsabilities** * Ensure that the conduct of activities in the areas of competence and responsibility complies with all HSE legal and company requirements. * Be directly involved in all HSE aspects, from planning to implementation and completion of all actions necessary to ensure safe conduct of business. * Carry out adequate risk assessment and implement safe systems of work * Ensure that all accidents, injuries, environmental permit violations and near misses are thoroughly investigated and recorded. * Ensure the implementation of appropriate prevention and protection measures (in cooperation with management) to prevent the recurrence of accidents, injuries and * environmental permit violations and ensure a proactive response to all near misses. * Support the definition of the site's emergency plan and collaborate in the training of staff, so that they can promptly deal with emergencies that may occur. * Collaborate in the dissemination of a safety culture that promotes in\-depth analysis of processes in case of errors in order to identify corrective actions. * Plan health checks and identify the task (job position) consistent with the person's characteristics. **Requirements** * Professional experience in the role or similar: minimun 4 years * Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions * Languages: English is mandatory * Education Level\*: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as: Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering **Why work for Epta** At Epta, we believe our employees are the driving force behind our success.
