Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. **Your Role at Baxter** ==================== Achieve the Medication Delivery unit’s sales objectives by executing the clinical education strategy focused on developing and implementing clinical-educational content supporting strategic portfolio products, while fulfilling marketing and sales programs centered on therapy education, product promotion, and positioning. Participate in launching new Medication Delivery business opportunities through product and equipment training for nursing staff, physicians, and, where applicable, patients—ensuring treatment quality and proper functioning of the units. **What You’ll Do** ================ * Foster a culture of compliance with ethical business standards and practices across the organization. * Drive implementation of the Ethics and Compliance program, and prevent, detect, and correct violations of law, Baxter policies, and the Code of Conduct. * Implement Baxter’s Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures—including, but not limited to, the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy—and support related processes by ensuring employee onboarding and training. * Identify Baxter’s compliance and legal risks within the country/cluster. * Approve internal product training for the MD portfolio and become certified in using the Dose IQ platform and in the correct use and handling of Medication Delivery therapy devices. * Address training needs for nurses and physicians responsible for Medication Delivery programs regarding product and equipment handling, consistently documenting evidence of compliance and required documentation per established processes and contractual clauses. * Collaborate in establishing retraining plans for nursing and physician staff on product and equipment handling. * Collaborate in assigning activities aimed at achieving project implementation goals, including: trainings for demo projects; equipment deliveries for new/demo projects; equipment installations for new/demo projects; equipment removals; document handovers and receipts; and inventory management. * Execute and participate in academic sessions for internal teams and customers. * Use the Productivity Report to demonstrate fieldwork performance. * Comply with the process for creating, validating, and approving BDLs (Drug Libraries) with assigned customers. * Record customer-facing activities in the CRM. **What You’ll Bring** ==================== * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Specialized Nurse in Intensive Care, or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. * One year of experience delivering training and instruction, with knowledge of electronic medical devices and polypharmacy management in hospital critical care services. * Clinical knowledge of infusion pump and/or medical device usage. * Broad pharmacological knowledge applied in the hospital setting. * Collaboration and Business Knowledge, Technical/Functional Expertise, Customer Focus. **Equal Employment Opportunity** Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
