Key Responsibilities:* Achieve monthly new credit disbursement targets according to assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). * Maintain strict control over current-month renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our customers. * Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied to the region where services are provided. * Recover loans to ensure portfolio quality, maintaining PAR >30 days below 3.0% according to the month-end portfolio report. * Follow up on protocols defined for each credit stage. * Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). * Ensure customers remain within VFM by delivering high-quality service. * Immediately follow up on delinquency from the first day of delay, ensuring payment to the group reference at institutions designated by the company. * Adhere to institutional anti-fraud policies and procedures applicable to each customer. * Uphold the organization’s mission, vision, values, and social impact. * Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities held in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
