Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly new loan disbursement targets according to the assigned level (Junior, Senior, or Master). • Strictly manage monthly loan renewals as part of delivering excellent service to our clients. • Enforce credit policies in accordance with the methodology applied in the region where services are provided. • Recover loans to ensure portfolio quality with less than 3.0% PAR >30 days, per the monthly portfolio report at month-end. • Follow credit-stage-specific protocols. • Conduct group visits punctually according to repayment frequency (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly). • Ensure clients remain enrolled in VFM by delivering high-quality service. • Immediately follow up on delinquency from the first day of delay, ensuring payment to the designated group reference at institutions appointed by the organization. • Adhere to fraud-related policies and procedures established by the institution for each client. • Fulfill the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and social impact objectives. • Participate in emergency training programs, drills, and activities conducted in locations affected by adverse events, disasters, emergencies, or incidents.
