A Farmer must pursue win-win collaboration among all stakeholders to achieve profitable growth for both DiDi and its partner restaurants. The Farmer must gain deep business understanding and act as an advisor to restaurants, contributing strategic insights to enhance their performance. Through excellent customer service, the Farmer must sustain successful long-term business relationships. Role Responsibilities: * Serve as the first and primary point of contact for assigned restaurants, ensuring close and consistent communication to provide strategic insights, answer questions, and jointly design robust action plans for restaurant growth and improved user experience on the app; * Analyze data and develop a deep understanding of dynamics and behaviors of partner restaurants to design, plan, and persuade implementation of commercial strategies aimed at increasing engagement of existing restaurants and enhancing their retention; * Build and foster long-term relationships grounded in trust and a win-win mindset; * 80% of the work is field-based. Role Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, international business or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of experience in account management and consultative sales; * Ability and flexibility to adapt and learn in a fast-paced startup environment characterized by constant change and challenging goals; * Interpersonal skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with ability to persuade and maintain constructive, assertive, collaborative and cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers across multifunctional organizations; * Analytical skills: Ability to diagnose issues, understand market trends, and execute action plans; * Sense of urgency and motivation to achieve objectives by analyzing potential scenarios; * Experience in meeting and exceeding new sales targets; * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
