Recruitment of operational and administrative staff.\* 2\. Selection of operational and administrative staff.\* 3\. Hiring of operational and administrative staff.\* 4\. Receipt of onboarding documentation from new hires and compilation of personnel files. 5\. Submission of new hire notifications to the Human Resources Generalist. 6\. Preparation of zone-related incident reports and submission to the Senior Agave Human Resources Generalist.\* 7\. Support for training and development.\* 8\. Monitoring, recording, and preparation of attendance reports based on biometric data.\* 9\. Preparation of reports justifying biometric non-recordings. 10\.
