We are seeking a Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to join a distribution center belonging to a 3PL company specializing in logistics management, warehousing, and handling of goods for multiple clients. The position requires a high sense of responsibility, process accuracy, and experience operating forklifts. **Job Description** The selected candidate will be responsible for executing operational activities within the warehouse, ensuring the proper flow of goods from receipt through to dispatch. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, inventory control, and meeting established delivery timelines for each client utilizing the 3PL’s logistics service. **Key Responsibilities** Operate sit-down (SD) and stand-up (SU) forklifts to carry out internal movement of goods. Perform loading, unloading, stacking, and relocation of products in assigned areas—whether on racks or floor storage zones. Carry out receiving processes: unloading units, basic documentation review, physical verification of goods, and system registration when required. Perform order picking, sorting, labeling, and packing according to procedures established by the client or operation. Support shipping processes by preparing goods for dispatch, validating quantities, and ensuring orders meet specifications. Participate in cyclic and general inventory counts, ensuring accuracy in counts and stock records. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, adhering to internal safety standards, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and quality procedures. Record movements in the system or via handheld device when requested by supervisor or coordinator. Collaborate with supervisors and related teams to resolve incidents, delays, or operational needs. **Requirements** Proven experience operating SD and SU forklifts. Minimum education: Completed secondary school. Preferred experience in distribution centers, warehouses, or 3PL companies. Availability to work fixed shifts. Ability to work under safety and productivity guidelines. **We Offer** **Net weekly salary: $2,404.85 MXN**. **Estimated net monthly salary:** $10,420 MXN approximately (based on an average of 4.33 weeks per month).
