We are looking for a fully operational profile with floor leadership and a focus on order, control, and compliance. **Location** * El Salto, Jalisco – ZIP Code 45692 * Area near Guadalajara Airport **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Responsibilities** * Supervise incoming and outgoing cargo. * Coordinate and execute truck loading and unloading. * Handling of sacks. * Ensure warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper layout. * Operation, basic inspection, and control of trucks ranging from 3½ to 8 tons. * Receiving of materials and verification of physical inventories. * Delivery of materials to customers and control of outbound documentation. * Daily preparation and submission of inventory reports and related documentation via Outlook. **Mandatory Requirements** * High school diploma. * Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or warehouse manager. * Proficiency in hydraulic pallet jacks. * Experience in operation and basic inspection of 3 1/5- and 8-ton trucks. * Basic computer and Outlook email skills. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance coverage of $1,000,000\. * Medical expense coverage (annual). * Job stability. * Professional and structured work environment.
