Key responsibilities include: * **Supervise** daily operations, staff, and commercial results to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. * **Operations and Sales Management:** Oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and sales optimization to achieve established targets. * **Staff Leadership:** Train staff, schedule activities, evaluate team performance, maintain motivation, and resolve conflicts. * **Customer Service:** Ensure exceptional service delivery, handle complaints, and enhance customers’ purchasing or service experience. * **Administration and Reporting:** Prepare performance reports (KPIs), manage petty cash, bank deposits, and facility maintenance. * **Compliance:** Ensure branch adherence to company policies, safety standards, and local regulations. **Previous experience and/or knowledge required:** Prior experience in supervision or sales, leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to solve problems under pressure.
