Join our Hyatt Monterrey team as a Waiter Captain: Key Responsibilities: \-Coordinates and supervises all aspects related to the restaurant’s appearance (table setup, staff presentation, buffets, menus, etc.). \-Responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s quality and service standards. \-Maintains constant supervision of service operations. \-Reviews hotel occupancy and VIP guests with their manager, as well as coupons, menu pricing, timing, and number of guests. \-Approves staff leave requests and shift changes for team members under their supervision. \-Takes action to resolve guest complaints. \-Ensures compliance with the Distinctive H standards in their area.
