As a Media Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting media strategy leads with tactical media research \& planning. Your responsibilities will include executing audience insights, creating presentation templates, organizing campaign deliverables, and exploring partner relationships for both digital and offline media. Attention to detail and organization will be key to success in this role as you will organize media proposals, ensure timely \& accurate client deliverables, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact through holistic media strategies. You will play a key part in communicating cross\-functional media recommendations and organizing details to be used as a collaborative resource throughout campaign planning. Additionally, you will work closely to enhance collaboration across strategy, digital, and offline teams to develop media plans that are comprehensive \& in alignment with the client briefs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure accurate and timely campaign launch and execution. * Support vendor \& partner relationships, and source new relationships * Execute audience research \& insights using media planning tools * Support development of media strategies ensuring alignment with client objectives. * Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations as necessary to enhance results. * Collaborate on tactical media plans \& executions with digital \& offline leads * Estimate campaign performance \& project KPI values to anticipate media impact * Organize data for reporting, insights organization, and client communication * Encourage an environment of transparency \& collaboration across teams \& specialities **Qualifications:** * 1\-2 years of experience in media * Experience with media planning tools such as (Comspoint, Kantar, GWI, TGI etc.) * High attention to detail * Strong project management \& organizational skills * Ability to think creatively \& make strategic media connections * Experience in Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon \#LI\-Hybrid \#LI\-DC1 **About Monks** Monks is the global, digital\-first, data\-driven, unitary operating brand of S4 Capital plc.
