Ensure order, cleanliness and food safety in all kitchen areas **Sinerglobal is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor in Santa Fe - Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A major industrial cafeteria is seeking: **Kitchen Supervisor** Requirements: - 6 months - 1 year of experience Responsibilities: a) Plan, coordinate and supervise daily food production. b) Lead and organize the kitchen team. c) Ensure order, cleanliness and food safety in all kitchen areas. e) Supervise the use, care and maintenance of kitchen equipment, reporting malfunctions, coordinating preventive maintenance, and verifying safe and efficient operation. f) Train kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, hygiene, safety, dish presentation and operational procedures, ensuring continuous team development. g) Verify and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and operational standards, maintaining logs, records and controls required for operations and internal or external audits. h) Coordinate food preparation, packaging and distribution to various units. i) Manage and coordinate special services and events. j) Report incidents, production results, area needs, quality deviations and improvement proposals to Management or Leadership.
