Manage risks and prevent losses at service points. **Position: Service Manager – Intramural Security Operations** **Location:** CDMX and Metropolitan Area **Client:** Farmacia San Pablo **Salary:** $35,000 monthly, tax-free Job Objective Lead and ensure the proper operation of intramural security services across assigned locations, coordinating a supervisory team and ensuring full coverage, adherence to directives, operational discipline, and client standards. Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate a team of **4 to 5 operational supervisors**, each assigned to different zones. * Indirectly supervise a large roster of intramural security guards. * Ensure full service coverage and incident control. * Implement strategies to reduce turnover and absenteeism. * Monitor compliance with directives, protocols, and client standards. * Provide direct and strategic customer service (management/regional level). * Analyze operational metrics and generate executive reports. * Manage risks and prevent losses at service points. * Coordinate with recruitment for timely vacancy coverage. Required Profile * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as Service Manager, Coordinator, or Operations Manager in private security. * Proven experience managing a **supervisory structure (minimum 4 supervisors reporting directly)**. * Experience in retail operations (highly desirable). * Strong leadership, decision-making ability, and capacity to operate under pressure. * Results-oriented with focus on KPI compliance. * Willingness to travel frequently. * Proficiency in Excel and executive reporting.
