In-depth knowledge of ingredients and culinary techniques Restaurant “METATE CABO” is seeking a Cook Level A or B: Key Responsibilities: Dish Preparation: Prepares specific dishes, desserts, sauces, or side dishes according to established recipes and the restaurant’s quality standards. Cleaning and Organization: Maintains a clean and orderly work area, ensuring proper disinfection of utensils and equipment. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in restaurants Experience across all kitchen areas (cold, hot, production, service) Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Gastronomy or related field (preferred) Flexible availability. Six working days per week with one day off In-depth knowledge of high-quality ingredients, techniques, and preparations. Impeccable, carefully crafted menus. Planning and organizational skills.
