Skills: Ø Communication Ø Interpersonal relationships Ø Teamwork Ø Customer service Ø Negotiation Ø Problem solving Time management Responsibilities: · Efficiently execute consumer experience strategies, from the moment our customers arrive through their entire stay on the dealer floor. · Deliver and ensure excellent customer service. · Schedule appointments and prospect customers. · Advise and assist customers with any questions they may have during their visit. · Be fully knowledgeable about all Ford products and programs that guarantee unique customer service. · Perform vehicle preparation ("dressing the car"). · Direct customers to the appropriate department.
