




Position Summary: A leading distributor of dental products is seeking a Commercial Advisor to visit distributors and end customers, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer service within the assigned territory. Promotes an inclusive work environment and values diversity A leading dental products distributor has an opportunity for you **COMMERCIAL ADVISOR** **MARITAL STATUS:** No preference **GENDER:** No preference **SALARY:** $**14,742** monthly base salary + Commissions + Statutory Benefits + Work tools. **Permanent position (after the 3rd month):** Base salary of **$17,290** + Commissions + Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (SGMM and Life Insurance) + Quarterly bonus + Company vehicle as a work tool. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry. **WORK AREA:** (Visits in areas: **STATE OF MEXICO** (Interlomas, Huixquilucan, Bosque de las Lomas); **CDMX:** Cuajimalpa (Santa Fe, Bosques de las Lomas), Naucalpan). **BENEFITS / TOOLS:** Mobile phone, Laptop, Per diems, Extensive training in technical concepts of Dentistry and consultative sales methodology and work methodology. **REQUIREMENTS:** · **Personal vehicle** · Sales experience. · In-depth knowledge of the territory (residence near the assigned work territory). · Experience with administrative tasks, reporting, follow-ups, and platform management. · Focus on achieving objectives – TEAMWORK · Must be available for travel and attendance at commercial events. · High sense of responsibility and commitment. · Proactive, good listener, persevering, empathetic. · Mandatory – Passion for sales and customer service (internal and external). · Monthly work planning and daily reporting. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory and brands. · Submit weekly reports to meet monthly objectives. · Distributor support: Identify and address needs within the territory; ensure inventory availability at point of sale (our distributors’ locations). · Execute promotions and marketing initiatives, as well as demand generation activities, with distributors and end customers. · Identify, prospect, and actively visit distributors and end users.
