We are looking for: Appraisal Assistant \- Querétaro **Requirements:** * Education: Intern or recent graduate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in property surveys or real estate appraisals (MANDATORY) * Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, SHF, and banking appraisal guidelines * Proficiency in entering appraisal data into the SAX system (MANDATORY) * Valid driver's license **Knowledge/Skills:** * Property inspection and survey visits * General knowledge of appraisals * Entering appraisal data into the SAX system * Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, and banking appraisal guidelines (Desirable) * Knowledge of SHF appraisal guidelines (Desirable) * MANDATORY: Preparation of drawings using AutoCAD **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits * Development plan Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
